Available from only Canadian $960 per week our villa can sleep up to 10 people and is the best way to enjoy your vacation to the Sunshine State.
Imagine relaxing in the pool after an exciting day at the parks or after a day catching those bargains in the outlet stores! You can also shoot a game of pool, play air hockey, Darts or Checkers in our Games Room.
We are 15 minutes from Disney World on an exclusive secure gated community, close to the incredible choice of restaurants and shops on the 192 with easy access to the I-4 for trips to the Coast or to the shopping malls.

Our luxury 4 bed 3 bath villa is located in a quiet community called HighGate Park close to Orlando.
HighGate Park is a secure gated community with a childrens play area and Tennis Courts avaiable for all guests.
HighGate Park is on the Legacy Villages complex and is at the end of a 3/4 mile long no-through road off the US 27.
Welcome Haven is a spacious 4 bed 3 bath single storey villa and is not backed up to any other property. It is only minutes away from a wide range of shops and restaurants on the 192. There is a Publix supermarket 2 mins away and a Wal Mart store within 5 mins
This delightful air conditioned home can sleep up to 10 with a king size bed in the Master suite, a Queen bed in the 2nd Master suite, 2 twin beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the family room. The double garage has been converted to a Games Room with Air Hockey, Pool Table and Darts.
The private screened swimming pool and spa are enclosed by a screen that keeps insects out but lets the sunshine in! The pool and spa can be heated during the cooler months by prior arrangement.
There is a covered area (a lanai) with a ceiling fan for those wonderful warm evenings, and comfortable pool furniture with 6 loungers and 4 chairs, as well as a large table and side tables for that essential rest day by the pool.
For our guests with young children there is a removeable safety fence around the pool, and the patio door has a discreet audible warning when opened.
The Master bedroom is very spacious and has patio doors leading directly onto the pool area. The King size bed is huge and there is a corridor to the enormous bathroom with a large walk in closet. The bathroom has a double shower, a corner bath and double washbasins with a separate wc. There is also cable TV and an alarm clock and hands free phone. There is a highchair and crib provided.
The second Master bedroom is at the opposite end of the villa, making this ideal for 2 families. It has a wonderful Queen size bed, and its own en-suite with shower. There is a built in closet and plenty of storage space. There is also cable TV and an alarm clock and hands free phone
The 2 twin rooms both have 2 twin beds and cable TV, with a playstation 2 console. They share a 3rd bathroom with shower. Both rooms have built in closets and plenty of storage space
We provide all linens and towels with a spare set of linens for each bed. The villa is thoroughly cleaned after each guest with a pre-clean before arrival. A mid stay clean is available at a small charge by request. All bedrooms have an additional ceiling fan.
The family room is a large area with high vaulted ceiling giving a real feeling of space. There is a large TV with dvd and plenty of comfortable seating. The sofa on the right of the picture converts to a quality metal framed sofa bed that sleeps 2.
We have also provided wireless internet access and a printer.
The contemporary kitchen area has every appliance you would expect, with a large american size fridge, freezer dishwasher, microwave and cooker. There are sufficient pans, plates and crockery to cater for 10 people should you choose to dine in. There is also a convenient bar area with stools that is ideal for a quick bite before setting out for the day, with a dining table that seats 6.
Our Games Room features full size Pool Table, a 7' Air Hockey Table, an electronic Darts Board and a Checkers Table. It is a great place to relax in and keeps restless teenagers busy too!
POOL & SPA Heating is available for the cooler months at $24 per day
